N.Z. COMPETITIONS.
A SUCCESSFUL RESULT. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The New Zealand competitions closed on Saturday evening. The Town Hall was crowded and all the champions contributed to a splendid programme. It was announced that many entries had already been received for next year's competitions, also offers of prizes including a grand piano valued at £125. The financial result of the competitions just closed are reported to be highly satisfactory.
