CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE MOVING

In the course of discussion at the quarterly meeting of the Chamber of Commerce on railway matters, several speakers commended the Minister of Railways for his intention to engage a general manager from outside the Dominion, and it was agreed that on the arrival in, the Dominion of the new general manager united action will be taken by different chambers to bring under his notice the necessary requirements and adjustments in the tariffs and for the working of the railways throughout the Dominion.
