THE POPULAR VOTE. By Cable—Pr >ss Association—Copyright. Received 27, 9.25 p.m. President Taf t proposes an active campaign for the reorganisation of the Republicans. He does not intend to stand again as the party's Presidential candidate.
The complete returns on the popular vote are: Dr. Woodrow Wilson, 6.156.748: President Taft, 3,376,622; Colonel T. Roosevelt, 3,928,140. The Socialist vote (incomplete) was 673,783.
