The accident occurred during a blizzard, and the motormen were unable to see one another approaching. BRITISH ARMY REMOUNTS. London, November 25. The Remount Department is minutely investigating London's resources for I suitable horses for army service. EXPLOSION TN A STARCH FACTORY. Washington, November 25. At Waukegan, Illinois, twenty people were killed m an explosion of a dry starch plant in tho Sorn Products Refining Company's premises, and, twenty-five seriously injured. The cause is unknown.
