NAVAL DEFENCE. * By Cable—Pre3S Association—Copyright. Received 19, 12.5 a.m. Capetown, November 18. There are indications that the South African naval contribution will consist of the construction of six small cruisers, manned indefinitely by the Admiralty, and stationed in South African waters, the Union footing the bill.
