It is suggested that a new Zeppelin during a 31 hours' flight in the North Sea in October passed over Sheerness. BLUEJACKETS' PAY. London, November 18. The Telegraph, explaining the nonfulfilment of Mr. Churchill's pledge to increase bluejackets' pay, states that the money needed has' been allocated to pay the increased medical remuneration under the Insurance Act. ESPIONAGE. Received 18, 9.40 p.m. London, November 18. An ex-gunner of the navy has been arrested for conveying secrets to a foreign Power. LYSOL POISONING. Received 19, 1.15 a.m. Sydney, November 18. Replying in the Assembly, Mr. McGowen said that he was unable to promise to pass legislation this session restricting the sale o! lysol. A STEAMER COMBINE. London. November 18. The Telegraph says that a steamer combine is being formed, embracing the British-India, Cunard. Furness. Withy. Peninsular and Oriental and Royal Mail Packet lines.
