THE QUESTION OF MISSIONS. •- By Telegraph—Press Association. , Wellington, Last Night. The Presbyterian Assembly was engaged to-day discussing the recommendation of the Foreign Missions Committee. During the consideration of a proposal forj the appointment •ftyoung missionaries it stated by the Bev. W. Comrie that the expenditure on mission work had increased at a greater rite than the revenue.
