ROSE EXHIBITION.

TO-DAY. To-day at the Brougham Street Hall the Horticultural Society holds its Hose Exhibition, and as there are no fewer than thirty classes for children and adult competitors, some fine private and professional exhibits may be seen. This year's show should be well worth visiting, and it is hoped that New Plymouth residents and others will do what they can to. help the Society in. its most worthy work.

A feature of the Show will be the private exhibits of Messrs. Newton King and Stanley Shaw. The nurseries, of the Morshead Nursery Co., and Messrs. Duncan and Davies will also be represented by large and comprehensive exhibits, and in all probability Mr. Rasmussen ,of Aromoho,. who is to judge the Show, will also table collections for exhibition only.
