FIRES.
A DWELLING DESTROYED,
By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Yesterday. A house of seven rooms on the main road to Karori was destroyed by fire this morning, togetheu with the' contents. It was owned and occupied by William Townsend, a civil servant. The insurances on the house are, in the Commercial for £SOO, and the contents in the National for £IOO.
