AYRSHIRE BREEDERS.

ANNUAL MEETING,

Palmerston North. Last Night. At the annual meeting of the Ayrshire Breeders' Association the finances were shown to be in a satisfactory condition. The Chairman said that the collection of Aryohires at the Palmerston Show was equal to almost anything that could be shown anywhere in New Zealand. Mr. F. W. Wilkie (Stratford) was re-elected president and Mr. Paul Neilson (Palmerston) was appointed secretary. Mr. E. C. Benson having resigned, a motion of condolence with the family of the late Mr. Cowan Armour, one of the pioneers of the breed in the Dominion, was passed. A motion was also passed approving of semi-official testing as carried out by the Agricultural Department.
