Every candidate will be opposed at the next general election. FOOLISH OUTRAGE CONTEMPLATED. Received 20, 5.5 p.m. London, October 19. The Westminster Gazette states that the Pankhursts- contemplate rendering the London elections in November void by putting corrosives into the ballot boxes.
