THE MO A. The Moa is duo from Wesf.port this afternoon with a full cargo of coal, SHIPBUILDING AT HOME. The demand for new ships for immediate delivery continues good—so much so that quite a number have changed hands recently, before launching, at prices which represent large profits to the original owners, and one never hears now of "spec" boats being delayed on the stocks because of the lack of purchasers, or being laid up after completion. In dull times—very often in quite normal times —shipbuilders have these experiences, but at present it is doubtful if there is one new boat on the river the owner of which is not definitely known. The tramp has never been in better demand, neither has the tramp owner with a large fleet ever hail so many opportunities for disposing of his vessels profitably. —Lloyd's London Shipping Gazette.
