CHINESE PHYSICIAN ASKED TO SUICIDE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 13, 5.5 p.m. Tokio. October 13. ■ A petition is being circulated to induce the late Emperor's chief physician to commit suicide. The physician declares that he was not allowed to treat the Emperor properly, and his death was not his fault.
