THE HOME RULE BILL. By Cable —Press Association —Copyright. London, October 10. The Prime Minister, in moving the allocation of time for the Home Rule Bill, said the Government proposed to give fifty sittings to the committee stage, and there -was no foundation for the charge against the Government of gagging the House. They were determined to pass the measure this session. The Government was considering whether the 'Ulster Day speeches were breaches of a Privy Councillor's oath.
