London, October 3. Mr. Kelleway, a member of the House of Commons, has accepted the challenge of a Conservative candidate to resign and contest the Bedford seat on the Home Rule plank, provided Sir E. Carson, Mr. Bonar Law or Mr. F. E. Smith will accept Mr. Devlin's challenge to contest a seat at Belfast.
