THE SUMNER LANDSLIDE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Qhristchureh, Last Night. The signs of the serious landslide on the Sumner Road are being .rapidly cleared away, and today all vehicular traffic was able to pass " without hindrance. Workmen are engaged in Wasting the largest of the greatest blocks of stone which came off from the cliff face, an 4 drays have been carrying away a good deal of metal for future use. Tie trams are running as usual. The water supply is being kept up by means of the Clifton reservoir. Repairs to the damaged main cannot be effected until the debris is cleared away.
