FURTHER RTOTS. By Cable—Press Association —Copyright New York, October 1. At Lawrence, Massachusetts, the strikers sought to return to work at one mill, but the employers refused to allow them. A riot followed, and the police were called out. Fierce fighting followed, and fifty strikers were clubbed into insensibility. The police are being reinforced in anticipation of further lighting.
