1 THE DOMINION ASSOCIATION. I By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Tuesday. The annual report of the Dominion Rowing Association shows a credit bali ance of £t>7 7s Id, and a balance of [•assets .over liabilities of £6l 17s Id. The number of affiliated clubs is 55, with | a membership of 2021. Legal opinion as to the pre.fessionalism of boat builders was obtained, to the effect that a •fcoafc builder was not a professional, unless he sold boats to a rowing club, as he would then be deriving pecuniary profit from the funds of the club.
