For Australian States, South Africa, Ceylon, India, China, Japan, Straits Settlements, Eastern and Mediterranean ports. United Kingdom and Continent of Europe, at 12.20 p.m. Due London November S. Money orders close at 11 a.m.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 4. For Tasmania, via Bluff, at C.15 a.m. SATURDAY, OCTOBER 5. _ For Australian States aud South Africa, via Auckland, at C.15 a.m. MONDAY, OCTOBER 7. For Tonga, Samoa and Fiji, at 6.15 a.m.

Unless otherwise specified, money orders and registered letters close one hour before the ordinary mail.
