RUSSIAN MOBILISATION.

A sensation has been caused in Poland by the mobilisation of seven army corps with headquarters at Warsaw, Vilna Kieff. It is officially described as a mere tc-st,.and it is added that the training will continue till October 6.

Herr Borchardt, who was expelled from the Prussian Diet last May for riotous conduct, has been fined 100 marks. Herr Lanhart, another Socialist, has been fined 50 marks for resisting expulsion.
