Tuckson, Arizona, reports that General 'Campa, the Mexican revolutionary leader, has surrendered to the United States authorities, declaring that the •devolution is now merely an unprincipled outlawry. Orozco is awaiting extradition, the Mexican Government preferring a charge of murder against him. Mexico City. September 24. The Government has complied with the United States' request to release the American fruitgrower Nichols, who was ■art to the hospital as a result of illtreatment in prison.
