In the Supreme Court, Edwin James Harmer was sentenced to three years' imprisonment for breaking and entering and theft at Wairoa.
A decree absolutely was granted in the divorce case Hayward v. Hayward, a sequel to the bigamy case heard during the present session.
GISBORNE SESSIONS. Gisborne, Saturday. The Star of Canada case, before the Supreme Court, will probably last till Tuesday.
