THE RECIPROCITY QUESTION. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Ottawa. September 18. Sir Wilfrid Lauricr, who is touring Northern Ontario, says that reciprocity is still alive, as Canada must secure large markets. The Liberal Party, despite their defeat, would persevere' with the reciprocity policy, which was best for the country's interests. Mr. G. E. Foster has consummated an agreement with Sir Edward Grcv. whereby the whole of the British Consular service will be placed at Canada's disposal, and thereafter Canada will develop its own service under the auspices of the British service.
