General Zapata, the Mexican rebel leader, has threatened to kill all Americans in Mexico, unless President Madero resigns. Zapata alleges that Madero has broken promises made by him when seeking office. He has failed to reduce taxes. and has given large emoluments to 73 relatives, excluding more deserving persons.
