THE EGMONT ELECTION.
To the Editor. Sir,—l shall be much obliged if you can publish the following few lines" re the Egmont by-election. A telegram was received in Eltham from the Prime Minister (Mr. Massey) on Saturday, which stated that of'the farmers in the House there were no fewer than twelve dairy farmers, including the Prime Minister.—l am. etc., DAIRY FARMEPv. 19/9/12.
