Dr. Charles James Russell, whose age was given as 82, was charged this morning with committing an illegal operaTlie Magistrate prohibited the publication of the evidence, which is now being taken. Later. Dr. Russell was committed for trial, and bail increased to self £4OO and one surety of £4OO.
