It is semi-ofFieially announced that the Mirdites at Malissori are preparing for a general rising and are occupying the mountains on the Montenegrin frontier. Turkish soldiers in Alessio and Scutari, where martial law is in force, massacred twenty-five Christians after terribly torturing and mutilating them. Cettinje, September 15. A hundred Turks were killed and fifty captured in a hot fight in the Hati district on Wednesday, the Malissori losing twenty. The Turks were again repulsed on Friday. NEW SERVIAN MINISTRY. Belgrade, September 13. M. Pasies has formed a Cabinet of Old Radicals.
