The Times' Constantinople correspondent says that the Turkish delegates have made proposals for peace which there is a chance of Italy regarding favorably. The Italians refused to accept the coastline, leaving the hinterland and one port of exit in the hands of the Turks. The Turkish delegates then proposed that Tripoli' and Cyrenaica should remain under the suzerainty of the Sultan, whom the sheik of the Senussi will represent. Italy having the military and civil administration.
