SPRING FLOWER SHOW.
This interesting event is to take place in YVhiteley Hall on Thursday and Friday, of this week, and will "open each day at 2 p.m. and each night at 7. Some very novel events are to be tallied. Amongst them gentlemen's dejonvted tables. it is not often you see gentlemen 'engaged in this line art, and it will be at least worth while to see what kind of a job the entrants make of it.
Other novice events (pardon, gents) are cut blooms and decorated tables (open), whilst the children's events are sure to attract large entries. There are plenty of prizes and no end of fun, and everything that will go to make an enjoyable evening for "those who: care to slip along. On.e must not forget the refreshments, nor the fact that the admission fee is the usual shilling, and that the proceeds all <ro to the Whiteley funds.
