Greymouth, Last Night The criminal sessions opened to-day before Judge Dennis ton, who congratulated the district on the comparative absence of crime, there being only two criminal cases, neither of which presented any difficulty. The Grand Jury found true bills against George Tikocti, for carnal knowledge, and John Watson, for assault and causing grievous bodily harm. The hearing of the cases occupied all day. Both accused were found not guilty. Walter Ilargreaves (aged seventeen), remanded for sentence from Murcbison, on two charges of forgery, was admitted to probation on the first charge and ordered to come up for sentence when called upon in, the second case.
