THE MEAT TRUST. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Melbourne, September it. The Legislative Council discussed the American Meat Trust. Mr. McWhae. warned the House that it had already been established in Brisbane under the guise of an Australian meat compniy. Now it was after the V/., million sheep and lambs shipped from Australasia, unless the Parliaments realised the danger and thwarted the trust, it would yet them.
