THE LONDON MARKETS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 10, 10 p.m. London, September 10. Wheat cargoes are neglected. An Australian steamer's January shipment brought 395, and a Victorian sailer's April shipment 435. Liverpool October futures 90.58 cents, December 87.78 cents. The Argentine shipments of mutton are 160,500 carcases, lamb 40,500 carcases, frozen beef 182,000 carcases, chilled beef 237,000 carcases. Received 10, 10.20 p.m. London, September 10. Lead.— Large business has closed, and it is now irregular. The American copper stock is 46,701,000 tons. The Times estimates the "British wheat yield at 80.15, barley at 83.1, oata at 70.4. It says that it is difficult to see wlierc sound seed of any cereal can be found. There is still hope of better weather in Scotland, but the damage in England and Wales has been done. The Washington Agricultural Bureau estimates the spring wheat -yield at 300,000,000.
