HAWERA COMPANY. The Hawera Co-operative Dairy Factory Co, paid out Is 3%d per lb to suppliers for butter-fat supplied during the past season. The table of statistics attached to the directors' annual report was as follows:—Lbs of milk received, 27,844,918; lbs of 'butter-fat, 1,057,093; average test, 3.79 per cent. Used for cheese-making: Lbs of milk, 20,645,241; lbs butter-fat, 1,010,1.14; lbs of cheese from lib butter-fat, 2.05; lbs cheesemade, 2,710,853; lbs milk to lib ch»cse, 9.8; average test, 3.79; cost per lb, f.0.b., 0.700. Used for butter-making: Lbs milk, 1,199,077; lbs butter-fat, 40,939; lbs butter made, 55,345; overrun, 17.90; lbs of milk to lib butter, 21.67; average test, 3.91.
