OPUNAKE. Mr J. M. Hickey presided over an at-'i tendance of about 80 suppliers at the 1 annual meeting of the Opunake Dairy] Coy., which was .held at Opunake oil' ■Saturday. The report showed that for! the year ended 30th June. 1012. 10,159,7061hs of milk were received, and from I this 444J071bs of commercial butter were' manufactured, viz., lib of butter to 22.841bs of milk. The average test was 3.8, and the over-run 15. The average payment for butter-fat for the season was IO.PSd, and there now remained a surplus of £i>Bo lfe Jd to be dealt with. which represented an average Value for* the whole year of 11.55 d. ! It was resolved to deal with the balance available as follows:—2y, per cent on subscribed capital, £92 Bs~9d; G per cent, depreciation, £322 5s Id; 3 per cent, on year's supply as a further payment to suppliers, £528, 12s 9d. Directors were appointed as followsMessrs J. A. Lusk (Kina Road), R Carter (lhaia Road), J. M Hickey (Main factory) and L. Luskin, S. Campbell, M. ÜBrien and M. Hickey; auditor, Mr G. ". Rodger,-;. The chairman and manager (Mr R. O'Dea) were cadi voted £lO as honorarium and bonus respectively
