THE NE TEMERE DECREE.
DUXEDIN PRESBYTERY'S REPORT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, Lasth Night. The committee appointed by the Dunedin Presbytery to consider the Ne Temere decree presented its report today, recommending that as nothing the Roman Catholic Church could do could affefct the civil l ights of persons married according to the law of the Dominion, jio further action need be taken. The report was adopted.
