ANNUAL MEETING. The fifteenth annual meetim? of tlie Frankley Road Dairy Factory Co., Ltd., was held at the factory yesterday .afternoon, the chairman (Mr.' F. Baker) presiding. In the animal report (which was adopted by the meeting) the directors stated that the total amount of milk received was UiiW-inb. The tolal i amount of butter-fat wis nii.OOiUfilb, and the total quantity of butter made ran into O'l.SSolb. The pounds of milk required to make one pound of butter were 21.121b. The over-run was 14.00 percent., the average test Ml per cent., and the cost of manufacture 1.251 per lb. The number of suppliers darin- the season was seventeen. The sum of £2,4513 fis !)d was distributed am,.>K:-:t suppliers, "being an average price of 10.41 d per lb! A bonus of ]y„d pe,- lb on butter-fat wa« paid on March 31, 1012, totalling :CMM) 17s. The retiring director (Mr," ,T. W Garner) was reelected, and Mr. V. .). King was elected in place of Mr C. Urock resigned. Mr. T. L. Buxton was reelected auditor.
