The rebels at Ymi Cruz are very savage. They hanged a man to the rafters of his own hou-e when he refused to give them money. They prolonged his life try lowering his body. They tortured two men at a neighboring ranch and hanged a dying boy. Advices from Tolura. the capital of Mexico State, report that all the villages, with the exception of Zaehualpan and Villa Guerre, are in the power of the rebels. New York. September I. Dr. James W. Wilson, formerly sur-geon-general in General Madero's'army, lias escaped, after two years with the rebel army, and reached his home at Tulsa, Oklahoma. He savs the rebels tear foreigners limb from iimb, bv tvin<» their legs to horses and then starting the horses in opposite directions.
