THEFT OF SOULTORIA. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. The heaving of the case against Patrick MacMancmin, chargpil with having stolen the well-known racing marc Soultoria, was concluded at the Supreme Court last evening. The jury, after a retirement of eight minutes, returned a verdict of not guilty, and MacMancmin was discharged.
