Advices from Los Angeles state that farther outrages, planned by the Industrial Workers of the World, have been disclosed. Bv the confession of a member of the gang of seven captured in eonnection with the recent police raid for secret arms and ammunition, a plot to murder Wilson, chief of police at Elcajon, was revealed. The Grand Jury is investigating the charges against the Industrial Workers' Organisation of inducing strikes throughout the United States and parts of Canada. Their sole object, according to their statements, is to paralyse society as existing at present, and reorganise it on a socialistic basis. Numerous labor troubles during recent months are attributed to the activities of this organisation.
