STRATFORD HIGH SCHOOL (14) T. WELLINGTON SCHOOL (B).' By Telegraph.—Press AffiMMtevn. Wellington, Last Night. At Athletic Park to-day Wellington school representatives were beaten by a team from Stratford High School by 14 points to 8. The local team was hopelessly outclassed in the matter of weight, the winners being about three stone per player heavier. TARANAKI v. OTAGO. The team to represent Taranakl against Otago next Wednesday at Hawera will be the same as did battle against Wellington yesterday, save that Franklin, at five-eighths, replaces Roberts, who is not available. The team will therefore be as follows: Full-back: S. Cameron. Three-quarters: D. Cameron, Stohr, and Bertram!. Five-eighths: McLpod and Franklin. Half: Brown. Wing-forward: Taylor. Forwards: Cain. Dewar, Hawkins, Smith, Young, Whittington, J. Kissick.
