"THE DANDIES." The old adage says, 'laugh and grow fat." It goes without question that a good hearty laugh is an ideal tonic, and it is claimed for "The Dandies" that thpir performance -is replete throughout with mirth-provoking items. Opening I their performance with a spirited concerted number, which sets the hall rolling in delightful fashion, the interest and fun is never allowed to lag during the time 'The Dandies" hold the boards. This capable company is remarkably versatile. Their humor is of the wholesome i variety; their dancing is neat and artis- ' tic; while theix singing ie highly mentioned by the Press wherever they have appeared. Their rendering of concerted numbers is marked by that perfection borne of constant association. There is no restraint- about "The Dandies." They are in perfect accord with their audience from start to finish. They set out to interest and amuse, and proof of their success is' found in the great reputation [ which they have established since appearing in the Dominion. An evidence of their rcmarkble popularity lies in the fact .that,in Auckland, where they are at present, many people are nightly unable to gain admision to the concert chamber of the Town Hall. "The Dandies" will appear at the Theatre Royal on Tuesday evening next. The box. plan is at Collier's and day sales arc at Hoffmann's.
