' "That, the council accepts the expression of regret on behalf of the Students' Association for the disturbance at the tapping, ceremony, and recommends the .association to approach the Professorial 'Board tendering a full apology for the 'disorder referred to, and offering to proVidß.'il' puil'iciont guarantee against a repetition of unseemly conduct on future occasions."
