SLY GROG SELLING.
AN APPEAL. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Gisborne, Last Night. As a sequel to the verdict of the Magistrate in the sly-grog case heard at the Police Court to-day, notice of appeal has been lodged by Mr. Burnard on behalf of John Christie. The appeal is based on tne contention that the decision of the Magistrate was against'the weight of evidence, and that evidence was wrongfully admitted. D
