Examination disclosed swelling of the gums, with great pain in the muscles. His general condition lias since improved. The feverishness has disappeared, and the inflammation is decreasing. He is still suffering considerable pain of the muscles, and has been obliged to abandon attendance at parades. London, August 27. The Daily Telegraph's version of the document regarding the Kaiser's health, mentions his tonsils instead of his gums.
