A COURT CONSUMPTIVE. By Cable.—Prws Ai«oei»tio».— o«?yri§kt Received 27, 8 p.m. Sydney, August 27. A Russian immigrant, a witness in the District Court, when asked whether he would agree to an adjournment, replied that he was going into a consumption sanatorium to-morrow. Enquiry showed , that he was an incurable consumptive. The Bench ordered the nestruction of the Bible which the witness had kissed. His solicitor remarked that he had met three consumptive witnesses in three weeks, i all immigrants.
