FIRES.
EIGHT-ROOMED HOUSE DESTROYED. By Telegraph. —Press Assotiation. Wanganui, Monday. An eight-roomed house at Tayforth, belonging to the Soler Estate,- occupied by H. W. Wakeling, was destroyed, by fire this morning. The insurances were: Building, £IOO in the South British Office; contents, £2OO in the Norwich Office.
BLAZE IN WANGANUI. Wanganui, Last Night. Tudor House, originally the Anglican vicarage, was destroyed by tire to-night. The buijding was one -of eight rooms, and was insured for ,t'4oo in the London and Lancashire Office. The House was occupied by Mrs. Brooks, whose furniture was insured for £2OO in the Northern Fire Assurance Office.
