THE EASTBOURNE MURDER.
London, August 26. The Eastbourne murderer has been identified as Robert Henry Money, whose sister was mysteriously killed in a railway tunnel at Mursterham in 1905. There is no evidence that Money was connected with the Army.
AN ABSCONDING CASHIER. Paris, August 26. Gallay. the cashier who absconded aboard the yacht Catharina in 1905, has been released from Melun prison.
THE KAISER'S HEALTH. Berlin, August 26. The Kaiser has a slight chill, with a touch of rheumatism.
CITIZEN VOLUNTEERS. Received 27, 1.10 a.m. London, August 20. The Lord Mayor of Belfast is forming a non-political force of citizen volunteers between eighteen and twenty-five years of age, to which the Boy Scouts will be transferred after reaching eighteen years. They will be drilled and trained in continuation of the Bov Scout movement.
