General Mangin, with four thousand troops, is within 75 miles of Marakesh, preparing for a dash thither. Elhiba's influence is so great that it wilt Oe necessary, after occupying Marruli =>h pursue him. Several newspapers haw received reassuring news. Though Elhiba holds Marakesh there is no looting in the bazaars. It is believed that arrangements are being made for the safe conduct of Frenchmen to the coast.
