LABOR'S VIEW POINT. SPEECH BY RAMSAY MACDONALD. Received 22, 10.30 p.m. . London, August .22. Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald, speaking at Dalkeith, said that the Liberal blunders over the Insurance Bill would be repeated in the Land Reform Bill, unless the country returned a bigger body of men converted at the eleventh hour. The Labor Party's policy was that the unearned increment should belong to the community. He wanted a housing policy, with small, holdings, but it was necessary first to destroy existing landlordism.
