THE COMMISSION'S REPORT. By Telegraph—Press Awocjation. Wellington, Last Night. There is reason to believe that the Cost of Living Commission will conclude its labors very soon. A final extension of time has just been granted by the Government, and the Commission's report has to b,e in by the end of the present month. Appointed in May last and instructed to report by June 25, the Commission has secured no less than three extensions of time. The first was for a month, the second carried the Commission on until the present week, and the third gives it until the 30th inst. It is understood that the report is well in hand and may be presented early next week.
